Important Update
The latest update after the Christchurch earthquake on February 22nd, is that Turning Point Education will be starting classes again on Monday 7 March at Alpha Educational Institute. The address is 8 Bishopdale Court in Bishopdale Mall and is easy to reach from Farrington Avenue.
Alpha Educational Institute has fully functioning services and students will enjoy the location and the facilities in the surrounding Mall; a library, ethnic restaurants, bakery, parks, YMCA gym, chemist, supermarkets, and much, much more.
Bishopdale Mall is also on a convenient bus route and is close to Willowbank, Orana Park, the Antarctic Centre and the airport. Homes around Bishopdale have been largely unaffected by the quake and are available for homestay accommodation.
The Administration Office for Turning Point Education will be at 80 Isleworth Rd, Bishopdale just a short walk from the school. Staff will be available there for pastoral care, counselling and support for Turning Point Education’s past and current students. We will also visit the school each day so we can be available to provide student support services.
